The screw holding the world together

Through the block, through the chipboard and deep into the banister. And I don’t have a screwdriver big enough! But I managed to find a bit that sort of fit, though as it’s already a bit chewed I’m not optimistic…

But thank god for vise grips! And enough room to twist the bigger.

Not sure what I’ll come across next, maybe a wheel?
