The oven of wonder

Yesterday I ended up cooking the roast beef using a variety of methods. The built in probe told me the meat went from 13°C to 40°C in less than 15 minutes so I resorted to timing. It turned out okay considering it had to go back into the oven to keep warm while we were waiting for Ivan and Olga.

On the plus side, the gravy, which was just the meat juices with an onion and seasoning, was ace. And the telescopic rails makes basting a breeze.

But this morning, while I was making the tea, I pressed a couple of buttons, and, voilà, it apparently knows how to do it in different ways! Got to give it a go next time!
