So that the flooring can be completed, we’re not allowed in the house until Monday morning when, as I’m sure you so know by now, the kitchen will be fitted.

The last thing in I did in the house was to choose the flooring for the upstairs bathroom. We’d previously chosen from the wrong catalogue having been giving the wrong link.

So, yesterday Mr Schwalfenberg came with some samples and we decided together, no easy feat on a very grey November which turned pretty much every sample insipid. This was the result.

Thanks to the wonders of machine learning we could at least have an idea of what the floor will look like with one of the tiles. It’s vinyl with wood look and a structured surface which should mean less slipping and sliding.
