Garden Update

I know we’ve been very remiss if late. Things have been going on but, fortunately, just not as much!

But, now that spring has finally arrived, we’ve been able to work in, and enjoy, the garden. And it’s really starting to look like one!

The photos are from autumn 2021, spring 2022 and today.

The grass has really established itself, but the mole has also been very busy. There are still quite a few brambles around the pine tree. And, with the grass now established, I can’t really dig them out by the roots any more, so I’m just going to have to keep the grass quite short and hope this forces them to give up over time.

I spent half an hour trying work out how to adjust the height of the lawnmower and even removed a wheel. But I figured it out in time and it’s really very easy!
