Before I went home, I aired the house for a while to try and get the humidity down. As expected, it also got colder, so I also waited to see how quickly it would go up with all the doors and windows closed again. Takes a few minutes for each tenth of a degree. Hopefully at some point the boiler will continually pumping piping hot water the pipes the house really well warm up as it has been doing all week. We should also benefit from our oversized radiators, which are designed to work with a much lower water temperature.

Mr Schwalfenberg also called to see what the status was. He’s coming tomorrow morning and then we’ll see if we can go ahead with the flooring.
